Engineered To Perfection

I do not buy any other locomotives / stock unless its Accurascale. The Class 92 is a dream. From the paint job, embossed roundels, the working pantographs, the smoothness of the skilled engineering inside. This model is a dream. Love it, absolutely. Recommend it, totally. I have three, amazing machines. Big round of applause to everyone involved in its production. Thank you.

Great expectations have been surpassed. A superb model that runs and sounds as good as it looks. It lives up to the name it carries.

92 raises the quality threshold

This is a brilliant model in all respects, and in quality terms is in another league completed to other models on the market. If this is the standard we should expect from Accurascale, then they will fast become the model maker of choice for me

Great Expectations

WOW!

A superb model that is well worth waiting for and should not disappoint the modeler.

Smooth running and quiet operation ( non sound version !! ) as it followed on from the Deltic model it had a huge benchmark to compete with and it has done so and then raised the bar again.

Lots of possibilities ( analogue and digitally chosen ) with this model and these are well thought out and actioned so that the best for both most DC and DCC users are possible

Keep going Chaps.

Absolutely brilliant machine, everything has been thought of even the addition name plates are ready trimmed. Just add pva glue and away you go.
The feature I like best is how it starts up, it reminds you railways run at the correct speed not 1,000 mph.
Roll on the next model, at this rate my wallet is going to be permanently empty 😁

92022

I went to town with every conceivable detail added to a pair of Lima 92s many years ago (so much better than the Hornby model imho) and recall being very proud of the results. However, my best efforts fall completely into the shade against these astonishing Accurascale 92s. A few DCC tweaks to my personal taste (eg: reducing cab light brightness), but that's it - superb running out of the box, superb sound - no doubting it's a Dyson, and just oozing quality. Not many left so grab them while you can.

Great Expectations!

From the moment you open the parcel containing the boxed class 92 Charles Dickens, you know that it will be something special! The excellent, protective box once opened contains an equally exquisite loco with fine detail in abundance. A loco of credit to the Accurascale team, this is the first locomotive i have purchased from Accurascale and was not disappointed. I look forward to receiving the class 37 and class 31 in due course! keep up the good work!

My first impression of this class 92 is that it represents good value for money. From the high quality packaging to the fine detail on the model itself it oozes quality. The overall running performance is very smooth. Keep up the great work Accurascale!

Trials and tribulations

After returning the first one with running problems
Which was replaced without a problem. Now have a 92 that looks brilliant, sounds good and runs as it should. Thinking of getting a crew for the cab in due course.

Rail freight distribution variant is probably a bit more interesting to look than standard rail freight livery due to the logos and cast nameplates. Nice looking locomotive.
