My first Accurascale model

I am very satisfied with my first Accurscale model.I am impressed with the many details, perhaps a bit too fine and fragile to handle the lokomotive a lot.
Some have come loose in the box during transport, but this is repairable .Courier services don't recognize the word "FRAGILE".
I look forward to the next models.

Almost perfect

A good first locomotive; the detail is superb and really looks the part. However, it might just be too good: those bogie chains are very delicate; it might just be too delicate to run?

It runs nicely and the quality of the sound is up there with the best but the arrangement of the horn sounds makes it difficult to use them: the two tones are on different functions and they sound continuously making it awkward to generate a two-tone horn, or a short single-tone horn. Or it could just be me!

Hopefully the Class 37s and 31s will take that final step to perfection!

Outstanding Model for the PRICE.

This is a highly detailed model and great attraction to detail.
Great value for the money compared to other manufacturers.
The model came complete nothing loose in the box the only item that was loose but still attached was one of the chains on the bogies going forward it would be nice to have one end with the buffer beam detail added from the factory as over handling can loosen some if the fitted parts.
Other than that am amazing model in all aspects running is really smooth and quite with no issues straight out of the box.

A long awaited pleasure

I am very impressed with the level of detail however I have had two issues
One the brake actuator chains keep coming loose or breaking and second the loco does not negotiate complex paintwork well
Other than that I think the model itself captures the shape and character of the original perfectly

Crepello review

As with my other Deltic purchase, superb, smooth and quiet, wonderful detail. Again a couple of small parts detached which were easily sorted. The chain took a little longer to re-attach, maybe some of the small parts could be made in the final colour then they don't have to be painted. Is it possible that the paint prevents the glue from adhering correctly. Biggest problem was one front windscreen had become detached and was loose in the cab, not difficult to re-attach, but will wait until I fit a crew, sound and change the headcodes, so only need to remove body once. Again it is a superb model, by far and away the best OO model produced. Look forward to purchasing other models in the future.

Tremendous!

An astonishing level of detail; this model really lives up to all the hype. It's glorious. Customer service has been excellent, too.

Crepello

The level of detail is extraordinary and may well have taken 00 gauge modelling to a new level. But as a consequence the handling and removal from packaging has to be extremely careful. My example had a chain detached which I could see through the packaging and also one of the very front steps was detached which may have been when it was removed. Although I couldn’t find the part. All in all fantastic model
