Excellent looking coaches capturing the colour and livery of the prototype really well. They run well with the unique looking wheel / bogie arrangement accurately portrayed. The lighting is really poor though - wrong colour, not enough of them and nowhere near bright enough.

Congratulations Accurascale on delivering another great product and a huge thanks to the guys and girls in the despatch department who packed my models ever so carefully. Of course the actual model packaging is also first-class as are the models which are beautifully detailed. Couldn't be happier with the two packs I received and just so glad I was online when the notifications arrived to say a limited number of models were available! Lesson is to make sure one doesn't procrastinate in preordering. Looks like I may have to install some overhead catenary.

Bought with Pack 2 - and just in time as they rapidly disappeared . Wow - talk about raising the bar - simply stunnng.

Brilliantly detailed coaches, pack 1 and 2 look great together as a rake, no issues fitting the little destination boards when following the online guide. Really nice to see coaches with lighting and this level of detail at a price below competitors who don't offer as much. Only slight nitpick is one of my fan covers on the underside has partly come loose however nothing a little glue couldn't fix but don't let thet put you off buying.

These are superb! The detail is incredible, the livery is superb, it even has the sleepers beds in each compartment, event though they are difficult to see in normal operation. The have a decent weight and run well. Interchangeable destination boards give you the choice of where the train is going. These truly are 5 star coach sets.

These coaches are by far the pride of my layout, until the TPE versions arrive. They are absolutely a joy to have and run. The detail is stunning and once the bogies are adjusted they glide around my layout with ease. The only issue I have relates to the magnetic couplings that snap open every now and again but that’s an easy fix. They are absolutely gorgeous.

As I've already mentioned in my review of Lowlander pack 2 Edinburgh, these coaches are absolutely incredible! There is no doubt in my mind that anything Accurascale do is gold. Highly recommended to anyone.

Amazing models with superb attention to detail. Not only does each vehicle in the set have an appropriate coach letter (it goes without saying that each coach has a unique running number), they even come with appropriate destination boards for northbound or southbound services as you wish.

Plus factory-fitted lighting and the magic wand to control it. Brilliant.
