Very nice looking loco, I haven't run it yet because I want to get some more Mk2 carriages, and some Mk 1s as well.

trans action went well till my bank interveened the every thing went smooth train arrived on time no pun intened every thing was well packed train worked straight from box sound was alittle loud soon fixed that every thing is going well just have to finish=h laying the track thank you very much for a very nice train

The item was received on 12th February 2025; it was badly packed, with damaged paintwork and was also faulty (engine sound was not working on DC). It was returned to Accurascale the same day for a refund which as of 24th February 2025 I am still awaiting.

Enough has been said about the attention to detail and running performance of the model, but the changes made in this second run to fix the few issues with the first batch have been extremely helpful.

The fiasco with the incorrect lighting PCB being fitted to the models from the factory would have had marks taken off it, but Accurascale's support services and the free returns to allow it to be fix and shipped back in a state that is now close enough to perfect more than make up for it.

The whole package makes me more than happy enough to get future models from them.

This is a great model. Improvements have been made on the first batch so there was no broken chains when opening the box. Unlike my purchase in the first run I opted to buy a sound fitted version. ( I upgrade my first dcc ready deltic to sound after purchase). I am not sure what the issue is but the sound is not working on my new model. Hopefully this will be soon resolved with Accurascale after sales team.

Was apprehensive to get one of these as 1st batch reviews were mixed. But took the plunge and have to say it is so magnificent from the big box arriving on the doorstep to seeing the Locomotive box and all the booklet. The model is pure brilliant’s and the sound totally awesome. Runs a dream even on my Hornby points.

Runs perfectly, sounds great, looks even better! My 6th accura deltic, just 16 more to collect.
Very fast delivery, no damage or loose parts, other manufacturers could learn a lot from Accurascale.

The second batch of Class 55s has improved on an already impressive model. Keep them coming and I'll keep on buying them.

Another fantastic model from Accurascale, i was so impressed with the quality i bought a second one. The sound and running qualities are second to none, the dimensions and looks are brilliant and accurate. Well done Accurascale for producing such excellent models that look well on my layout.
