Working LED tail lamp?

I put these on the track & sort of expected the tail lamps to work. Looked it up online and said you needed a wand. Wand, what wand? Opened up the box again & the wand & instructions were underneath. OK tried the wand & nothing, seems that you need LR41 batteries, easy to install but I don't have any & none in the pack. Really that detail should be on the description page & the wand / instructions on top & not underneath. Otherwise 5 stars.
