Awesomely detailed smooth running and generally one of the best purchases I have made in recent years. the only problem is I could only afford 1!

Originally pre-ordered via Hattons, and it was definitely worth the wait after Accurascale announced they'd acquired the tooling! Amazingly detailed, and smooth running!! Detailing parts are a doddle to fit, and certainly make the model more realistic!

Hes such a good boy i love him 10/10.
Gears are basically silent, and it works perfectly.

It’s a nice loco when it first arrived it only went in one direction but a quick email to accurascale and a replacement was sent it all works fine now just shows how customer service is still important

Beautiful looking model, very nicely applied livery.

Let down by a few cosmetic faults which I have returned the model to be looked at & fixed.

Very much looking forward to having the model back & running on my layout in due course.

I had not realised when my order was placed that this loco ships from China.
Not really a problem but it was lucky that it was not a Christmas present for someone else.

Spoke to Accurascale UK when I got a tracking email and they did confirm that some models are kept in the UK where some others ship from their other holding centre in China

Free shipping so again no complaint, just would have been nice if that had been clearer on the initial order

I'm sure the loco will be excellent when it arrives by reviews I have seen so far

Lovely model that captures the look and the hefty of the prototype well. Mine arrived safe and sound with no damage and ran very smoothly straight out of the box. Very happy that Accurascale have picked this up from Hattons, I'm sure another will be find it's way to me in the future.

Had a problem with my first one which Accurscale dealt with without problems, but the replacement also had a dislodged motor, not a big issue but one Which was rare with the Hattons version
