Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order.
This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial reservation fee at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date, which will be stated on your order page.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you might be able to request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
You are welcome to use coupons and loyalty points when placing a Pre Order and you will be credited the full value of such coupons off the balance due when the pre-order becomes due, however if you cancel the pre order at any time, the coupons can not be restored and coupons from the loyalty scheme are only redeemable when placing your order, not for use against the balance due on existing orders.
From our general terms:
- Cancelled orders are automatically terminated and refunded when you complete the online process
- The online account area is the -only- way orders can be cancelled, for your security
- Any loyalty points, coupons, discounts or special offers are non refundable
- Reservation fees for pre-orders are not refundable and cover the administration of your order.
