The locomotive is finished in early 1960s condition as allocated to 30A Stratford and during its glory days of passenger service on the Great Eastern main line and in charge of such iconic workings as the Liverpool-Harwich boat trains. As an extra special treat and recognising this loco's historic position as the first of the class to be named, we're including etched 'First East Anglian Regiment' nameplates that it carried for several months in mid-1963 before being removed. The plates will not be printed on the locomotive but are provided as optional accessories.

    Class 37 D6703

This was just one of many Class 37 that I ordered. It looks and sounds absolutely brilliant, and I'm sure with the passage of time the quality will just keep getting better. Love running these locomotives on my layout. Brilliant job guys and keep up the good work.

Another 'wow' loco added to my collection...

So what makes Accurascale different to the others? Attention to detail, build quality, service and support all at an affordable price. I cannot fault this model right from the moment I opened the outer box 'til the moment I fired up the sound and remembered the tractor sound of those diesels engines I remember from my youth! Keep up the good work guys and I'll keep coming back. Sorry bank manager.

    Masterpiece

Amazing customer service and loco from Accurascale, placed my order for this limited edition Class 37 at 11am and in just over 24hrs it arrived on my doorstep promptly, carefully packaged to arrive safely, even the loco box had Accurascale printed cardboard protectors for extra protection. Customer service was already 10 out of 10 before I even unboxed the loco!
What can I say about the Class 37, I think it speaks for itself, absolutely stunning masterpiece, didn’t take long to set up the loco and it was soon running on full DCC sound and thundering around Wickfield Lane and over the level crossing. Stunning loco and superb customer service from Accurascale yet again!

    Class 37

This is the first model I have purchased from Accurascale and I am not disappointed.
I knew is was going to be First Class model by the weight of the box before opening.
However I have not been able to give it a test run to date. but I am very impressed with the attention to detail.
So it's a excellent all round model.

come with a couple of defects, 1, a missing wind shield wiper and 2, a badly fitted wind screen showing sprue marks where the wind shield has not been cleaned up to standard, before fitting , other than that nice model

    Class 37/0 D6703

Super model just like my other Accurascale Class 37's. A loose and broken headcode box frame was replaced within 48 hours demonstrating excellent customer service from Simon.
