Why can’t all companies have the same workmanship as Accurascale

Well detailed and free running coach. Tend to derail when reversed into a siding, I think the problem is the bogie is catching the nem pocket,or the spring to center the couplings is to strong and not allowing the bogie to move the nem pocket fully.

As usual excellent coaches and a lovely paint finish.
Perfect for your collection of rtc stuff.

Accurascale are still getting everything right. This includes refining and improving models with each new run, mechanically, cosmetically and feature wise. The quality and price of their products is always excellent. The general and specific communication by way of emails and support is good including my experience recently with requesting spare parts. The website has always been very well laid out, informative and easy to use. The despatch of items is always prompt and pre order estimates have become pretty accurate. For some years I've bought very little from other Manufacturers and Accurascale well deserve the Manufacturer of the Year Award year on year!

An excellent pair of mk2 coaches . Detailed well and hopefully more of the technical coaches enter the range .

The Austarity Saddle Tank is an masterpiece. Well engineered, highly detailed and a smooth runner. Well done Accurascale.

I was a worked at Eastfield as a boy and time served and is the best loco type and I have to have one.

Nearly all of my model purposes right now come from Accurascale and I don't plan for that to change anytime soon.

A really excellent model, that captures all the character of the full size Austerity.
My only concern was that on arrival and unboxing I found that one of the pickups was bent upwards, into the wheel spokes. Not a great start. But I managed to carefully correct myself without too much issue.

Brilliant model of a NCB J94 with the Lambton cab the model depicts the prototype very well, the real engines, had running rights on the BR lines between Penshaw and the Lambton coal drops situated on the wear at Sunderland just to the west of the Wearmouth bridge, on the south bank of the river, these coal staithes operated till 1967, the cab profile was adopted to clear reduced clearance in tunnels leading to the coal staithes.
The model looks great and depicts the prototype very well they worked coal, trains on BR lines in the Sunderland area on which have been rebuilt and operated by the Tyne and Wear Metro. I hope my local railway knowledge explains the reason for the cab profile.

This is the first model i have ever ordered directly from Accurascale and im honestly impressed with what you get for the price.
The model is presented in a unique beautifully thought out box that stands out on any shelf.
Wilbert himself is a superb runner buttery smooth and responsive featuring a level of detail I would expect from a model twice his price he is by far the heaviest 0-6-0 tank engine in my collection and pulls better than some engines twice his size I would highly recomend his addition to any model heritage railway.
I will definitely be ordering again. Harry.

Just got my wilbert and compared to the 1980s hornby j94 and the disappointment of the DJM j94 this really hits the mark - finally an accurate model with details up to modern standards.

I already have the NIR Hunslets nos 101 & 102 but just had to have no103 to complete the set of these outstanding models, Accurascale have set a high standard with these beautiful models which will be hard to equal. Thank you to all at Accurscale for these first class models and I look forward to the coaches that are to run with them hopefully to arrive soon.

Perfect buffer stops for my modern layout. They sit well on the track and the power from the track powers the light.

I bought all the bits to upgrade my DCC ready Class 37/9 to sound. The components arrived in good time however I was unsure what to do with the wiring taped to the pcb. After an email and a quick response from the support deck, I was able to install the sound decoder and Accurratrash speaker successfully. The loco sounds great!

On the 27th August I sent an email to Stuart and have received responses please review them my problem is I can use the the horn/whistle button but no sound also the sound on the locos is very quite how do I get this louder both locos are ACCURSCALE and decoders fitted I am using nce power cab control

Gave great sounds with ESU Legoman Biffo sound file

Model arrived damaged.
When I first tried to contact support, it rejected the e-mail as it was too big with images attached.
When I contacted them again, no response.
Stuck with a broken model :shrug:

Customer Services where fantastic, they found the parts that I had broken. Organised a way for me pay and sent them quickly.
