The best, Good value locomotives and wagons cannot fault . I am modern image this loco is from the past for me but I like the livery at the time and the Deltics the loco is really good from running finish and the sound.

9016 Porterbrook Purple

Extremely pleased with the box, this is a work of art before we come to the model! 9016 is superb in every aspect, runs silky smooth, could not wish for more. One minor niggle is how to change head code numeral?
Thank you Accurascale cannot wait for the Class 31

An absolute beast.

This loco has amazing presence, it stands out like nothing I have seen before. It has the usual amazing detail and has some improvements on the original release such as the deeper set speaker and I think a better build quality but saying that the original release was their first loco and it did have some loose tiny bits in the box but is still an excellent loco.
I have never liked the Porterbrook 55 when I have seen it before but this one really caught my eye and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived, You put it on the track and it looks like a mountain and has a real heavy look to it as it should. The sound and lighting are both excellent as they always seem to with Accurascale. The only downside was that the box had none of the paperwork in it but a email to Accurascale and there should be some on its way.

Outstanding

I previously said the Class 66 from Accurascale had taken the place of top spot in my collection. This upgraded Deltic has taken that now. With the updates they have done to the model, it surely takes the spot for one of, if not the, best diesel model available on the OO Gauge market today.

Very nice piece of modelling perfection

Missed out on the Porterbrook Deltic the first time round and I’m glad I picked one up this time. Beautiful piece of miniature perfection and an improvement over the previous run of deltics. Well done Accurascale

Deltic dcc sound

Beautifully derailed. It runs and sounds great. The down side is getting the body off to fit crew and change the headcodes. The body is a very tight fit, too tight. I found yo wiggle the chassis as you pull very hard works. The tiny blue pipework is very vulnerable and two of mine fell off. I successfully fitted the crew and changed the headcodes. Getting the body back on was even harder. More card strops to never out the body works. Once back on the track one red tail light at each end would not show lit. Off with the body again. All lights working. Put the body back on and still one red light not showing but both the front end. Something is moving and covering the led. Blue pipes glued back on, as is the detail pipes at the front. Would I recommend anyone taking a deltic apart? A resounding NO! It's much too delicate to be handled too much. F23 and F30 Do not appear to do anything. I will be in touch somehow. Other than that a lovely model. Steveo
