Nearing the end of class 66 orders, production was shifted to Muncie in the USA. This change carried with it some subtle differences that we can see on this model. Named ‘Severn Valley Railway’ in 2016, it can be seen here with the current day ‘europorte’ branding removed.
Our Class 66 model is based on the award winning ‘accura-standard’ platform, with all-wheel powered six-axle bogies, a powerful twin flywheel fitted motor and market leading electronics package.

One beautiful loco to say the least. Attention to detail whether its the under frame, bogies, body or the very finely detailed cab is unreal. The list could go on. The livery application is top notch and the super smooth running just tops it all off. Great job all involved!

Accurascale have struck gold (and blue) again. This Class 66 looks excellent and includes some very fine details. I'm looking forward to getting the appropriate decoder so I can give it a run on my layout.
A great locomotive runs very well an improvement on previous Hattons one. Looks great with a load on

Absolutely great detail easy to remove bodyshell lights are very dim light functions could be better some issues with very jerky running and switch issues on the board had to waste one hr due to finding switch position that work with the switches differing from instructions sheet would of given it higher rating if these issues didn't exist the quality control needs to be addressed to prevent these issues from occurring other wise runs well now
The myriad of features and details is just unreal. The paint work and lining is crisp and so clear, the chassis detailing and roof outline is superb and the overall weight of the engine is awesome. Has exceeded all expectations, thank you.
Stunning model that runs extremely smoothly and silently. Finish is perfect, even the packaging is excellent quality. Much better value than some other manufacturers as well.
