Accurascale you have re-written the rule book on how a model locomotive should be produced and presented. If you missed out on the first production run, then I would recommend you get one form the second run, you won't be disappointed.

Superb model, super accurate, runs sweetly and value for money!

Take a leaf out of "Accurascale's" book and try to create such well made and detailed models for the same money.
I recently received my class 55 deltic from Accurascale and was overjoyed at the level of accurate detail and the quality of the finish.
There were one or two issues with the white painted details here and there but only noticeable with a jewellers loupe so maybe I'm being picky?
The price too, at £160 was very pleasing and I shalln't hesitate to purchase other items from Accurascale in the future.
It's a pity these products can't be made here at home rather than swelling the coffers of some far eastern country.

With very competitive pricing in mind the quality of the moulding, accuracy to detail and paint quality is above and beyond any of Accurascale’s competitors. To say I am happy with my Deltic is an enormous understatement. Well done to all of the people involved at Accurascale, including the supply and support staff.

First loco I have from Accurascale and I am very impressed. The detail is great, sound card great also. If this is the standard I look forward to further motive power and rolling stock to my railway from Accurascale. Very very happy with my loco. Bernie

We have all seen some review about the Deltic. Most glowing, occasional one about a vibration in the speaker, or a small piece of bodywork fault.
All I can say about mine is Superb. UK to Aussie, Not a scratch. Detail. Sublime. The motor so quiet, I had to keep checking to make sure it was still running in. Sound, crystal clear without vibration. The front bogey was having a bit of difficulty with one of my triple points, popped everytime it went over, turned out it was a smallpiece of sponge that had gotten lodged somehow. perfect now. All I really want to say is WOW. The Model is a Model and at a price which is exceptional. I cannot recommend this model enough. I have 3 now. 2 Bachmann, and now this.. Sorry Bachmann, Comparison? All good models.. Accurascale Deltic? So far ahead in detail, quality, Price.

The new Deltic is a solid performer, highly detailed and captures the look of these East Coast race horses very well. Great haulage

First of all the box in which it arrived was something else.........made it feel really special even before I opened it. Truly an excellent model - if I was being picky, I would have liked directional cab lights to have been standard on analogue models. Having said that, it is exceptional value.

Without doubt one of the finest commercially produced model railway locomotives ever produced. It has been marketed at a price that puts many (most) other manufacturers to shame. Looking forward to a re run of this model. Recommended without hesitation!

A really beautiful model at an an incredible price. So much better value than the other large manufacturers and affordable for the features provided.
