Siphon G - Dia. O.62 (NNV) - BR Rail Blue : W1013

Another beautiful model from Accurascale. Amazing detailing and spot on BR Blue livery applied. This is my third BR Blue Siphon G which allows me to run my little parcels train. Well done Guys!....

Based on price and finish, good value. Seem to ride well except last sunday when it was very hot, bogies tightened up and had a jump on a set of points, two out of the six I bought did the same. Loosening the centre **** helped.

Excellent model and a worthy replacement for the old Lima model.

The detail of the model is excellent and it runs very smooth this is the six Syphon G that I have bought and I have had no issues with any of them at all.

This is an excellent first class model. Amazing detail above and below the chassis. Fit and finish are top notch. The detail bag and optional coupling are a real bonus. However the magnetic couplings could be a little stronger to allow for longer trains. That said it is great to see these being supplied with the model. The model arrives well packaged without any loose, detached or missing parts.
This is truly an amazing model at a very good price. I am very very happy with the siphon G's that I have received. I will be ordering more.

Every railway should have one

A long wait for the siphon G but well worth it, the detail is fantastic and to have one of the variants as Paddington to Cardiff unit was extra pleasing. The only thing to let it down (like the whole industry) is the tension lock couplings they are ugly and incompatible with the real thing - Hornby Dublo links were much better!

Lovely runner straight from box. Nice detail but I'd be happier with less detail for a cheaper model.

I can only echo the previous comments - this really does set a high bar. Not only the detail (and detail differences) or the quality of finish, but its' 'sit' just looks right. So much so I've ordered another!!
