Always loved Ramillies since having a cab ride on the Cornish mainline back in 1988.
This incarnation in Laira blue is fabulous - as per usual, she sounds amazing and runs brilliantly - a superb rendition of an old favourite and brings back such happy memories

What a cracking model - was unsure of getting her at first as would have preferred the black roof version, but so pleased i did pre order her.
Accurascale have further refined their 50, now with black paint highlighting the detail on the mw jumpers.
She runs superbly, and sounds wonderful

Fantastic coach detailing inside and out is excellent, don’t get the orange curtain strip like I had with previous 1st class coaches.

As you can see in the photo included of the dual IRM/Heljan (Accurajan, or Helirm, lol) branded box lid on these wagons, they are based on the origin Heljan 'A' Tank wagons. I have the cat #1155 pack (x2) in the Silver ESSO livery, and I'll renumber one box of four later down the line. I did want to get the other buff Grey livery packs, but they were already sold out. Anyway, these new packs are a model copy of those original Heljan sets with a few tweaks, and in the buff Grey ESSO livery. At first glance you'll notice the supports between the 'B' Tank and the sub frame run the lenght of the wagon. Other than just the two resting supports of 35t 'A' Tankers in the previous releases. I purchased all three 'B' Tank Quad packs with this current range in the buff Grey CIE 'ESSO' Oil Tanks with a Red sub frame livery. Later I may mix and match the 'A' and 'B' Tank wagons together for a longer rake. Yet again, they are a wonderful set with fine detailing, and sharp printed logo, and information panels, etc. They are definitely a worthwhile purchase, and I am very happy and I'm well pleased with this new production run albeit with a price increase of nearly £140 for these wagons, than the earlier 2026 Heljan bargain prices. Though with the multi-buy 10% off and my unused credit points, it whacked nearly £80 the total, a win, win result.
