Roedd dyfodiad 66001 ar bridd Prydain am 08:53 ar y 18fed o Ebrill 1998 yn rhagflaenu gwawr newydd i nwyddau rheilffordd Prydain, y cyntaf o gannoedd o locomotifau o fath a fyddai’n chwyldroi Railfreight ar draws y DU (ac Ewrop). Roedd ychydig o wahaniaethau cynnil rhwng y ddau gyntaf a gweddill y swp cynhyrchu nad ydynt erioed wedi'u hailadrodd o'r blaen ar fodel. Yn gyntaf roedd y llygaid amrantu i ddiogelu'r locomotif i'r llong mewn sefyllfa wahanol i fodelau diweddarach. Roedd y gril corn hefyd wedi'i osod bron yn gyfwyneb â'r corff. Yn weledol roedd 66001 yn edrych yn fwy trawiadol oherwydd ei rhwyllau coch a gafodd eu newid yn ddiweddarach i ddu.

The perfect Shed!

From opening the box to hearing the sounds for the first time. This 66 blew my mind and beat all expectations. Runs really smoothly and the sounds are incredible! You can even hear the TPWS/AWS system test and the GSMR registration sounds when changing direction. Sublime

Class 66 EWS 66001 in Norway

The EWS 66001 are running on an HO scale modelrailway in Norway. No one of the menbers have react to its scale in OO. It runs good with about 40 wagons, ordinary with 10 EWS wagons (with bogies). It is better than my old one from Hattons. Sorry that I have no picture of it, but I have a picture from the modelrailway. Place named Speyside.

A work of art on the class 66

Given accuracsales other products I knew this would be a good one. Indeed i was correct it's perfection in my opinion it has everything you could possibly need on a class 66 and the quality of the DCC sound is astonishing absolute beast of a model. Well worth the money and the wait !

The First of Many Sheds!

This EWS liveried class 66 is totally not my usual era for modelling - but having seen how good the pre-production models looked I decided to get one.

The whole item is superb - a fabulous model along with a brilliant presentation box etc. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into producing such a top class item - I can't wait to give it a run!

I'll definitely be in the market for DB and another EWS one in the very near future.

Beautiful Class 66

Shipped very quickly to the Netherlands. Beautiful locomotive with very realistic sound. Runs great on my 60s Fleischmann rails. Keep up the good work Accurascale.
