SR D1478 Van - British Railways (1961 onwards) - Triple Pack

Once again these are excellent models which are very detailed and run freely. A 5* model.

These are superb. The diecast chassis is great. The brake rigging is beautifully detailed.

previous purchased Special addition engineers van and added a rake as so super detailed and great runners. Adding Hunt extra close Elite magnetic couplings to replace standard NEM couplings really makes the models look even better

As is expected, another accurate model with crisp parts, detail and finishing. A comprehensive accompanying leaflet including parts diagrams.
My only minor criticism is the lack of instructions regarding the identification and fitting of the contents of the optional detailing parts in the bag.
Still 10/10 in my opinion.

Peeling away the quality protective packaging reveals a tasty product! Fantastic attention to detailed differences in the various models, excellent running qualities in all of them and just so satisfying to have in my collection!!

I can only repeat what I've just said for the D1479 vans - "Excellent models, to the very high standards one has come to expect from Accurascale. Very well detailed and finished, and free running. And all contained in the usual impressive Accurascale packaging to ensure safe transit and storage. Another winner!"
