After purchasing a previous model from the Austerity range, I was so impressed with the quality taken during manufacturing it seemed a no brainier to obtain a second one.

It may just be 'another Austerity' to some, but the real-life locomotive has relative fame what with being named after the author of what is perhaps the greatest series of railway-related stories there is. The model has some real hefty weight to it and just looks superb all over. The fact that some of the price is going towards the cosmetic do-up of the original is another bonus and its comforting to know that major manufacturers are willing to support our heritage like this.
The extras in the detailing pack are also a pleasant bonus.

These Coaches are really well done and with Interior Lighting and for that price a really good deal

Finally my Class 37 has something to pull around and she will be very happy with these great running models😊

Great loco packaged in the usual accurascale high quality packaging. A quality product as ever from accurascale and the best J94 produced to date with great detail and finish, good control at low speed and perfect in the yard shunting. The sound is great, all in all well impressed !!

Great wagons at a good price, loads of detail. Why can’t the other manufacturers do the same.

Nice little flashing light with delicate decoration. Lights are controlled magnetically so don't forget your magnetic wand.

It is a nice and handy tool, though a bit fragile. Consider buying a spare if you do not have steady hands.

Well there you go, I said it would be rude not to....and they are really delightful so I thought I would try to get one of the rare ones whose motors have become displaced but no such luck. This one like the other two, ran perfectly straight out of the superb packaging. Superb detail and really a shame the cab roof can't be removed to fully appreciate it. Only one minor gripe - not sure the crosshead would really have been painted green so I painted mine gun metal.
